Nurse Practitioner

Ramsbury & Wanborough Surgery is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. We are open to negotiation on hours for this role. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Nurse Practitioner to provide high quality clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation for patients presenting with a wide range of acute and long term conditions. The successful candidate will work autonomously as well as collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. The primary focus for this role will be on assessment and treatment of minor illness.
